say la wat nid $$ den no teacher.. no coach... all have ady 1 lo.. the teacher in charge is ady Mrs Goh ... den i found this coach la... idiot....

hmm.. den NAPFA test... i think most likely i get silver only... zzz

Standing Board Jump : 202 cm ( Silver )haih
Shuttle Run : 10.27 sec ( Silver ) ARGHHH 0.07 more sec i get gold lo .. zzz
Incline Pull Up : 34 ( GOLD ) YEA !!!
Sit Up : 44 ( GOLD ) woo hoo ~
Sit and Reach : 37 cm ( Silver ) zzz....

usually go to church.. den lunch wif relatives...
today a bit special .. haha went to KFC and ate lunch .
